How does an organisation manage reputational risk with major stakeholders including customers, investors, media and regulators. 

In the era of immediate take-down and banishment of anyone who behaves outside of social and business cultural norms - the pressure on leaders is immense.

The C-Suite Confidante is a leadership coach and ‘safe’ person who supports senior managers and partners - any leader running an organisation - by providing guidance and support around the myriad of issues – including diversity & inclusion, fairness and integrity, emotional intelligence, employee relationships & engagement, sexual harassment, motivation, and generational value gaps.

3. {embrace} leadership coaching

At {embrace} worldwide, we have a selection of professional coaches - both men and women - who can help you to become a better version of yourself. 4. {embrace} coaching for culture and performance

Existing training programmes are not producing desired outcomes and more intensive support is required to ensure major shifts in behaviour, culture, leadership capabilities and organisational habits.

An extended version of the organisation’s management team – the {embrace} leadership coach will be fully immersed into the corporate culture while remaining independent, objective and discrete. 

An {embrace} leadership coach will set up temporary residence (eg. one day per week) within the walls of the organisation allowing employees to 'drop-in'.
